RETURNS INFORMATION

Refunds
Before ordering, please read our return policy in full – your ordering from us confirms that you have read this information
As do retailers such as Marks & Spence & Next we do not give refunds for items worn next to the skin.
Seasonal items are non returnable.
However we will exchange any items with a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase providing our returns procedure is adhered to.
If you wish to return an item you must email sales@nmpgroup.net beforehand with a full description of the problem, to obtain a returns authorisation reference - this must then be written on the outer packaging of your parcel prior to return.
It is your responsability to send the item back to us in good re-saleable condition , carefully packed and in the cheapest way possible.
We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered to us.
We will only pay return postage cost up to the same value as we charged you at the time of sale.
Your item will be inspected by the manufacturer for signs of wear & tear, damage and use.
Please note that we are responsible for items with a manufacturing defect only.
Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price.
You will NOT be refunded the original shipping cost.
Please note that you are be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
You pay postage cost to send all items back to us. If the item is faulty then we will refund you the postage cost in full for single item orders and product cost only for multi items order. If you dont want the item & its not faulty then we dont refund the postage cost
Items that have been damaged, whether accidental, deliberate or through wear and tear are not returnable.
For obvious hygiene reasons products of a personal nature cannot be returned.
Within 7 days you may return unwanted products to us providing they are in all respects in the condition you received them and have not been removed from their packaging.
If the sealed packaging has been opened no return will be accepted.
Refund Policy
We will give a refund in any case where the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

We would prefer if orders could be phoned through prior to collection in order that we are able to ensure stock availability and have all paperwork prepared.
There is NO minimum order value for orders.
Signing for Goods :
When goods arrive it is ESSENTIAL that you check them thoroughly, if a pack is damaged or there appears to be items missing you MUST SIGN THE PAPERWORK ACCORDINGLY , we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damaged goods that have been signed for in full and as in good condition.
I know that sometimes the drivers of the carrier companies seem to be in a hurry but do not be bullied, these are your goods and they should be delivered to you, as you would want.
We cannot be held responsible for any postal or courier delays beyond our control.
Please allow 1 extra working day before contacting us as we send them on next day delivery but it can sometimes take 2 or 3 working days by courier of which is still a great service and up to 15 working days by royal mail normally 1 or 2 days.
Returns:
In the event of a product being faulty by nature of poor manufacture or incorrect goods having been supplied we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the invoice in full.
If the goods have been supplied as ordered but simply prove unsuitable or no longer required, we will be happy to refund the invoice less a 20% restocking charge and the carriage costs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods as well as ensuring that the goods are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
As long as the goods are returned in the original condition, in original packaging and with labels still attached & un-used then we will refund the cost of the goods, less a 20% restocking charge.
Any work undertaken as a ‘special order’ can not be cancelled or returned once work has commenced or order has been despatched
All items must be paid for prior to despatch and any refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item unused and in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition.
If the item is not faulty and is as ordered we reserve the right to refuse to refund but may replace or substitute by arrangement.
In other words we do not cater for change of mind, try before you buy ect ?
We will notify you when we are in receipt of the item at our premises.
A refund will be issued for returned items within 14 days of receipt of goods.
We strongly recommend that if you are returning goods you send them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery not Special Delivery or carrier in order to obtain a proof of postage.
Nothing in these statements affects your statutory rights.
Tax Charges
VAT is charged at 20% and is included in our prices .

If your item is not in stock, You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if we are unable to dispatch you order within 3 working days.

Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order at any time but chargers may apply.
If you cancel before we have started wrapping your order " NO CHARGE "
If you cancel after your order has been wrapped " £1.00 CHARGE "
If you cancel after your order has been wrapped and been booked for pickup by our couriers up to " £8.33 plus vat CHARGE "
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched your order you will be responsible for cost of us sending to you and cost to send back to us and we will only refund cost of items ordered
